Should South High students be allowed to leave campus during lunch?
Reasons against:
1. Kids can get hurt when they're off campus and the school has the responsibility to keep them safe.
2. Students smoke and cause a public disturbance.
3. Students leave trash.
4. Students won't come back on time and they won't learn as well.
