Pick your favorite time or era in history. Then tell me what you would do if you were able to go back in time for one day to visit.

(Here are some suggested time periods, if you're having a hard time coming up with one:
80's, 70's, 60's, 50's, WWII America, 20's, WWI America, Industrial Revolution, France in the 1800's, England during time of Camelot and King Arthur, Egypt, ancient man, time of the New Testament or Old Testament, etc. Sometimes it helps to think in terms of "when Grandpa was alive" or "When Mom was in high school." Another way to do this is to think in terms of some movie you have seen)

Use the words in context. That means that I'll be able to tell what the word means based on the other words in the sentence and paragraph that more or less define the word.

Make flash cards on Quizlet.com instead of writing the story.
