Journal--Write 1 paragraph:

Which is worse: to lie to a parent and say that you don't have a quiz, or to cheat on the quiz?

 (don't feel like you have to say that cheating is bad! Pretend you're talking about someone else)

*It really helps to add a couple of sentences to make a paragraph more powerful. For example, you could start by saying . . . 


Read the Cyclops story in The Odyssey, pages 686-698 and then answer questions 1-6 found on page 698. These questions stay in your notebook with the questions from the first two chapters. 

Then draw a picture that illustrates part of that chapter. Try to come up with an original picture (not just the blinding of the Cyclops scene, for example).

If you've missed class anytime during the last week, be sure to answer the question for the first two chapters from The Odyssey (pages 684 and 686).
Also, you always need to be sure to check the blog to find the vocabulary for the week.
Remember, you have a vocab test Friday
